The Ireland Senior squad session is due to take place on Sat 6th August.
Events start at 12:30pm at East Coast Barbell in Bray.
This will be a one day event by invite only.

The Ulster Open Championships, quick off the back of the sucesses at the seniors saw new heights for several atheltes.
Bringing international talent from Scotland, renowned coach Charlie Hamilton saw a successful Celtic title bid through with fantastic lifts and style.

The Irish SeniorChampionships really did push the boundaries for Irish Weightlifting.
All in all it was a fantastic competition, resoundingly described as one of, if not the best in living memory.
The numbers and standard of competition have never before been seen at a nationals, and the mix made the day a special one for all in attendance; where every place was hard fought and almost every lift had meaning, the nationals set the standard for 2011.
